When I leave home and I turn eighteen

Will I still have the parts of me that remind my mama of when I was three

Like how I used to smile with my two front teeth

And I know things will change in time

Like how my favourite colour was pink at nine

But I′m still hoping that when I get older

I'll have the same heart from when I was younger
