Oh Lord
Take me to the deep places of my heart
Take me to the areas that are dark
Show me the hidden places where there are scars

I can't reach them with my reason
My will commits treason in justifying their existence
I point the finger at another soul
I curse the face of a familiar shape

Shouting Amen when the preacher yells the truth
Like a knife, it cuts through
Convicting me of how much I need you
If I′m to be free
You must take me there
